What is VACULIFE ®

 
 
 
Is FORE LINE filter technology been developed by Coroney Technologies Private Limited  based in India with a intention to give clean environment and bring clean solution for process industry.

In the process of generation of Vacuum, contamination is inevitable.  Type of contamination & quantum of contamination varies with process to process. Contamination is mainly on account of Solid /Liquid/Gaseous particles entering into vacuum pumping systems. Global Industry has derived different ways to address this contamination issue with various types of vacuum pumps and filtering systems. All these experiments are having different advantages with distinct issues related to over all efficiency of vacuum pumping systems.

Vaculife has distinct advantages, as it can trap handle Solid/Liquid /Gaseous impurities effectively without affecting pumping system capacities and pressure drops across filter.

One more advantage with this system is that it does not require periodic replacements like elements /cartridges /filter bags etc...
 

How VACULIFE® Works

This filter is installed fore line of all types of VACUUM pumps to stop any process contamination. The contamination which is passing thru VACULIFETM  are charged with IONIZATION effect under vacuum. The power supply is given to electrodes inside filter thru Glass to Metal seal to charge particles. This filter is supplied along with electrical gearing. The power requirements of the Filter are restricted to around max 200 watts per hour. This filter has been tested and certified by BASEEFA UK for Hazardous areas like Oil, Chemical, Pharmaceutical  Industry Group IIB. Filters are in various models and sizes which is decided based on pumping capacities and contamination levels expected from process.
